Eli and Priscilla Thomasevich have lived in Wellington since 2004, they own and operate TCI together. Eli is a general contractor and Priscilla is a CPA with over 18 years of experience in job costing for construction. Making them a dynamic duo in providing professional estimates. TCI drills down to the true cost of our projects and finds potential savings while also adding value to the project. These savings are past down to our clients. We at TCI, really care about making our clients happy and building high quality work at a great value in our hometown community. Most of our work is from personal referrals and we really get to know our clients.
Our completed projects include in new construction of commercial buildings, buildouts for retail stores, restaurants, medical and professional offices. We also build luxury residential homes, equestrian facilities, and airplane hangars.
